Tattoo Artists & Piercers & Apprentice's
We require 5 consecutive years in a licensed studio
And you must prove it
In order to be a professional tattoo artist or piercer
In our studio
(no exceptions)
Apprenticeships are only available to those
that have successfully completed a 1 year course
in our school.
Your apprenticeship will begin on the day
following your graduation date.
You must have your equipment
and everything that is required
to be in our establishment.
A piercing apprenticeship (or) tattoo apprenticeship
(or) tattoo & piercing apprenticeship
will take 4 years
following your 1 year course
before you can become
a professional in our establishment.
This will accomplish your
5 consecutive years
in a licensed studio
that is required
to become a professional
tattoo artist and (or) piercer
in our studio.

All professionals & apprentice's
must use our needles, tubes, gloves,
paper towels, ink, forceps, jewelry,
including our location health department license,
(we already have our valid health department license)
You will be self employed under our location license, ect
(no exceptions)
You must provide your professional tattoo machine(s),
foot switch, clip cord & power supply.
Don't order or purchase anything until you know
all of our requirements that are needed.
We must approve everything
before it can be used in here
(includes equipment)
No other exceptions will be allowed

Please Note : Any Bloodborne Pathogen Test
is NOT a tattoo or piercing license (or certificate)
permitting you to tattoo or pierce in your home

The "Texas Department Of State Health Services
Regulatory Licensing Unit"
is the only facility that can issue
a tattoo or piercing license
permitting you to tattoo or pierce.
(located in Austin, Texas).
A tattoo or piercing "certificate"
does NOT exist in the state of Texas
permitting you to tattoo or pierce in your home
(or anywhere else).
We can NOT accept your tattoo or piercing license
(or certificate)
that was issued to you
to use at a different location in Texas
or from any other state.
In the state of Texas
you are required
to obtain a tattoo or piercing license
(separate licenses),
per location (exact address on the license).
This does include any temporary license.
You are NOT required
to obtain a tattoo or piercing license
in order to be a tattoo artist or piercer in our studio.
Our tattoo & piercing license
covers you to tattoo or pierce
in our studio
that is located on our license.
This does NOT cover
any tattoo or piercing services
outside of our studio location.
This does include but is not limited to
Your house or temporary event
or anywhere else
other than the address that is listed on our license

4. You Must Be At Least 18 Years Old
5. You Must Have A Verifiable Job,
Verifiable Residence & Verifiable Transportation

Of Operating In A Licensed Tattoo Or Piercing Studio
Plus Many Other Requirements

You can chose the shift we have available
before you start
If you don't show up,
someone else will get the opportunity instead
We reserve the right to refuse a space
to anyone for any reason

If you don't pay your monthly minimum required fee
by the 5th of the month,
You will be required to pay 10% late fee charge
If you are more than 30 days late for your payment,
You don't owe us anything anymore.
This does include the late fee

Professional tattoo artists, piercers & apprentice's
make 40% commission for the 1st year.
After the 1st year has been successfully completed,
Professional tattoo artists, piercers & apprentice's
make 50% commission.
(unless you need to start over, then it's 40% for a year)
Commission received is
for your actual hands on procedures.
This does NOT include
care supplies, jewelry sales
or for any other
merchandise sales, ect.

You can NOT substitute any hours or for any shift
that have been prepaid.
No unlicensed tattooing or piercing
is permitted at anytime.
You will be out of here with no 2nd chances
to ever be in here again.
No exceptions will be accepted for any reason.

licensed establishment to tattoo or pierce in.
You must comply with all of the rules & regulations
or you will be denied all opportunities to be in here.

Piercer Monthly Fees :
Non Student Graduate = $ 5 hour
Student Graduate Discount = $ 3.75 hour
Non Student Graduate = $ 20 = (1) 4 hour shift
Student Graduate = $ 15 = (1) 4 hour shift
Piercer Minimum Monthly Fee Requirement :
You Must Pay For 4 Weeks = Per Month
(Minimum = 20 Days Paid For Per Month)
